Components of Heavy Duty Racking
Frames
Vertical elements comprising two uprights connected by diagonal bracing, onto which the beams are fitted.
Beams
Horizontal elements that support the shelves. Beams are joined to the uprights by connectors or clips. There are two types of beams: stamped and welded.
Frame footplates
Frames are fixed to the floor via footplates, which are fitted to the base of the uprights. Different types of frame footplates are available depending on the upright model.
Shims (levelling plates)
Elements used to level racks installed on an irregular floor surface. Different shims are available for each upright model. They have different thicknesses for greater levelling precision.
Anchor bolts
Components that secure the frame uprights to the floor. Anchor bolts vary depending on the strain the racking must bear and the characteristics of the flo.

Heavy Duty Racking Customization Process
Demand determination
The needs of customers are diversified. We must confirm the needs with customers from various angles to ensure that the needs are clear and avoid troubles in the future.
Scheme design
According to the customer's needs, the technical personnel shall carry out the preliminary scheme planning and design and produce drawings. Some parameters required by the customer shall be indicated on the drawings, including but not limited to specifications, dimensions, load-bearing, standards, remarks, etc.
Manufacturing
After the design is completed, the drawings are transferred to the production center, which splits the drawings and sends them to each production workshop for processing and production. Generally, it needs to go through several links such as rolling, sheet metal, welding, surface treatment, etc., and finally get the finished parts of the shelf.
Installation construction and acceptance
After the production is completed, the engineering department will contact the logistics vehicle to transport the customer's shelf products to the customer's warehouse. Then go to the site for material verification, to ensure that the quantity is accurate, organize the installation team for shelf installation. After the installation is completed, it has been inspected and accepted with the customer's use department.
Packaging & Delivery
Packaging Details:
(1). Standard package: Frames, box beams and shelves are packed by steel belt and covered by plastic film;bolts and nuts are packed by cartons.
(2). Package can also under customer requests.
(3). As package size un-standard each time, will let client know how many sets can be fit in one container.
