Raw material procurement

Cutting

Forming
Send the finished raw materials into the forming machine and bending machine for preliminary forming, including bending and forming of components such as columns, beams, and laminates.
Surface treatment
Surface treatment includes steps such as acid washing, phosphating, and high-pressure water washing, with the aim of removing rust and oil stains from the surface of the workpiece and preparing for spraying. Surface treatment can improve the smoothness and flatness of the paint surface.
Spray
The spraying process includes steps 2 such as acid washing, phosphating, drying, spraying, and constant temperature curing. In some spraying processes, secondary phosphating and acid washing are also carried out to improve the spraying quality. The coating thickness is usually 60-80 microns, which meets industry standards.
