The load capacity of each layer in a medium-sized shelving system is generally between 200 and 500kg, with a total load capacity of no more than 2000kg. The length of each unit shelving is usually no more than 2m, the width is no more than 1m, and the height is generally within 3m. Its structure includes shelf columns, shelf crossbeams, shelf steel laminates, and the assembly of crossbeams and column pieces into a frame. After the various components of the shelf are processed and formed, they are all assembled into finished products through processes such as grinding, acid washing, phosphating, fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying, and drying. The medium-sized shelving system has a fully assembled structure, which is easy and flexible to install and disassemble. It is suitable for general manual or stackers to release goods and for enterprises with large storage capacity.
